Position Description: The responsible Engineer will work the activities of Avionics. This will include interfacing with all other aircraft functions and engineering teams to coordinate and obtain the approval of any task assigned contributing to the aircraft avionics development and Certification. Qualifications: Create human factors evaluation test plan (scenario-based tests with pilot participants.) Conduct human factors evaluation tests. Analyze the results of the tests and relate these to applicable human factors regulation compliance (25.1302(d), 25.1309(c)). Complete human factors regulations compliance reports for certification authorities.

Requirements: • 10+ years engineering experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • Certification and/or Flight Test experience • Leadership experience preferred • Project Management experience preferred • Must be willing to stay in Japan a minimum of 2-5 years or until project is complete • Proven ability to work to challenging deadlines (New Product Introduction) is desirable
