Position Description: **Ability to obtain Clearance required** The Company TACAIR Navigation, Identification, and Displays Team has an immediate need for an experienced avionics engineer to work the Engine Fuel Hydraulic Display (EFHD) design and development activity. Tasks will include: • Maintaining the EFHD operational and performance requirements in the Procurement Specification (PS). • Overseeing supplier analysis and allocation of the PS requirements into the final EFHD design. • Overseeing completion of the supplier design and development activity for EFHD which includes completion of supplier qualification testing. • Overseeing Company integration testing of the EFHD capability. This will include reviewing test procedures and conducting testing in the Company Electronic System Integration Laboratory. • Overseeing the completion of flight test of EFHD. This will include coordinating flight test plans, reviewing test procedures, analyzing results, and coordinating actions with the supplier. • Overseeing the transition of EFHD to a production phase. This will include support for closing out conducting a Functional Configuration Audit (FCA), Physical Configuration Audit (PCA), First Article Inspection (FAI), and Production Readiness Review (PRR).

Requirements: Testing and Development Electronics Requirements Development Supplier Interaction Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
