Position Description:
Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
F-15SA Electrical/Environmental Control System Instructor
Develops and delivers customer training for F-15SA (Saudi) Electrical/Environmental Systems trainees in classrooms, on simulators, and with actual hardware at company facilities and at customer sites worldwide. Reviews customer requests for training, analyzes training needs, develops course materials, conducts classes, and evaluates and modifies course content and training methods for specialized training environments. Prepares courses, including specialized course materials and technical training manuals that reflect customers’ unique configurations by analyzing engineering documents, specifications, drawings, and changes. Uses advanced software systems to investigate and catalog configuration data; performs task analysis; develops curriculum materials, manuals, and computer-based training. Teams with instructional designers, developers, and training staff to assemble training products and interface with customer management and personnel. Reviews and launches new or revised operating procedures. Reviews complex engineering changes for training impact and develops training support materials.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
Basic Qualifications
• Recent military Electrical/Environmental Control System maintenance experience in the F-15E, F-15SG, or F-15SA.
• Military Instructor experience
• Training courseware development experience with platform instructional experience
• Experience developing and delivering maintenance training on F-15 systems
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MIL-SPEC or an ISD approach to training materials development.

Requirements:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
