Position Description:
SAP IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT
We are seeking an energetic individual with a passion for data driven strategies, building relationships, and process improvements. As a member of our team you will develop and implement data driven strategies integrating multiple functions including pricing, cost estimating, and the supply chain. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that are responsive to the marketplace and support the organizational goals.
Representative tasks include:
• Extract data from existing systems, combine with knowledge of product support practices, and identify opportunities where Company can compete and win new business
• Analyze supplier and/or customer data regarding products and capacity then perform assessments to identify opportunities where Company can compete and win new business
• Analyze supplier and/or customer data regarding product inquiries and sales to identify additional opportunities to proactively meet customer requirements
• Analyze product data and improve product segmentation to improve supply chain processes
• Monitor and develop performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet budget and performance objectives and identify opportunities for improvement
• Participate in the development and execution of strategies for obsolescence management for parts and optimize return on inventory
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Demand Planning and Strategy to provide insights and discover opportunities within various customer and supply chain segments.
Must be familiar with trend analysis, general business, and statistical concepts. Must have experience in working with databases, data collection and preparation, and data interpretation. Must be able to extract and analyze data independently with strong analytical and research skills. Must demonstrate attention to detail, be able to work independently or as member of a team; must be organized and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Works well with people across the organization to gather information, make decisions/recommendations, and drive improvements.

Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Experience with any of the following: Tableau, SAP, Teradata, Access, and SQL are a plus.
Typical Education / Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
