Position Description: **Interim Secret Clearance Required to Start** F-15 International Engineering Lead: Experience providing technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans. Experience managing program resources, schedules, and budgets to accomplish work statement objectives. Experience developing Statements of Work and specifications. Experience leading technical negotiations of proposed changes to determine modifications to deliverables, resources, costs and schedules. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience directing proposal development activities. Experience leading independent, internal, and customer program reviews. Experience working with customers to identify current and emerging requirements. Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule. Experience developing and managing program risk, issues and opportunities.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 14 or more years' experience, Master's degreee with 12 or more years' experience or PhD with 9 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
