Position Description: ** Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance ** The P-8 Maintenance Trainer Program has a need for Systems Engineers to support requirements definition, design, development, integration, and testing of maintenance trainers supporting the P-8 Poseidon. The training system devices include virtual and hardware based systems that are used to train ground support personnel. The successful candidates will have demonstrated education and experience (preferred though not required) in the areas of system requirements management, system design development, system integration, and test. The successful candidates will also have demonstrated education and experience (preferred though not required) of configuration management best practices and the potential ability to work within a large multi-site IPT. This position involves frequent interaction with military end users and customer partners and requires occasional multi-week travel to military installations, suppliers, and other Company facilities

Requirements: This position requires: - An active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. - Engineering Degree Required Assets: Experience with training systems development. Experience with aircraft maintenance. Systems engineering degree or systems engineering educational experience. Significant IBM Rational DOORSs experience? System engineering (Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements, or Test experience? Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework enterprise project management model? Experience with configuration management systems and best practices? Required: Bachelor's degree in an engineering classification from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
