Position Description:

CTS is looking for someone to join our team of Talent Coordinators. We are seeking a motivated, personable individual who is passionate about providing great customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically identifying and filling open job positions on behalf of CTS client accounts, as well as creating and sustaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions. This position requires strong attention to detail and a customer service focus. We offer competitive compensation plus commissions, outstanding benefits, and a collaborative work culture.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Create and monitor job postings, search out candidates for specific job openings, review resumes, screen and communicate with potential candidates
• Understand client hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/ gaps
• Identify, attract, and secure top talent candidates, drive offers to conclusion
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate candidate wages, benefits and other contract considerations
• Ensure proper employee documentation for each candidate through coordination with internal departments, including Human Resources, Accounting and Legal
• Communicate with external clients, provide feedback to team members and executive management regarding account relations
• Participate in professional development opportunities to learn best practices in the recruitment and staffing industry
Requirements:


Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of professional experience in recruiting or similar customer service role
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or similar Vendor Management System
• Superb customer/client focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and present information to individuals and groups
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience comparing data and drawing well-informed conclusions
• Accountability and dependability

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
