Position Description: **Secret Clearance Required to Start** The Company is currently seeking a chief engineer (level 5) for Oklahoma City Training Systems and Government Services, supporting multiple programs. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the engineering development process (requirements, design, implementation, integration, and verification). Responsibilities include: - Promoting first time quality through the application of engineering best practices and adherence to Company policies, processes, and procedures - Chairing engineering change boards (requirements, software, hardware, labs) - Acting as the technical interface to the Oklahoma City site and the training systems capability - Managing baselines (technical, schedule, and cost)

Requirements: Requirements: Must have a current Secret clearance Experience leading a team of engineers on a development program Assets: Experience with Airborne Surveillance Command and Control (ASC2) Experience with engineering best practices and baseline management Bachelor's degree with 14 or more years' experience, Master's degreee with 12 or more years' experience or PhD with 9 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
