Position Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as product owner and resident expert for our JIRA system and accompanying Atlassian components. Provide day-to-day support, administration, maintenance, and enhancement of JIRA for project teams. Create complex custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, fields, queries, reports, and dashboards. Take the lead in working directly with our cross-functional, agile teams to understand their needs, and provide guidance on what may or may not be possible within JIRA to meet those needs. Test, install, and configure plugins and add-ons to harness the full potential of JIRA, and integrate JIRA with legacy systems and tools. Create documentation including the development of materials for end-user training. Responsible for setting JIRA strategy, maintaining JIRA processes, and studying & selecting plug-ins.

Requirements:
Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
