Position Description: Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience for a Dual Spindle Dual Turret Lathe. Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility Dual Spindle Dual Turret Lathe. Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for DMG Mori or Similar type numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work. Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment. Works under general direction.

Requirements: Skills: Looking for CNC Programmer familiar with programming for DMG Mori Dual Spindle Dual Turret Lathes or very similar type machine. Ideal candidate will be able to program this type of machine using Catia V5. - Must have Catia V5 Experience. - Mill and Lathe Operations - Set-up and Operate Lathe and Milling Machine AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
