Position Description: **Requires the ability to obtain Secret Clearance** Mission Systems Electrical Engineer works with customers to develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements for a variety of new capabilities for military aircraft and missile systems. Analyzes and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications. Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Supports fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Requirements: Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - A current Secret clearance is preferred. - 6 or more years of previous electronic system development or test experience is desired. - Previous experience with one or more of the following avionics systems is preferred: Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), Electro-Optic (EO) Sensors, Communication Navigation and Identification (CNI), Mission Processors, Recorders,Displays and Vehicle management Systems (VMS). - Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred. Required: Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, mathematics, or physics is required.
