Position Description:
Creates and maintain Build instructions:
Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills:
Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
Manufacturing Build
Assembly and build knowledge in high paced Manufacturing Environment. Also detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes (Composite, Sheet metal, etc)
Process Specification
Interrupt and assure the Specifications are used in accordance to the requirements
Communication
Able to communicate and provide clear explanations to a variety of customers (Mechanics, Engineering, Supply chain, etc)
Leadership
Manage projects to their completion with little direction using the Systems and Tools provided.
Metrics
Provide facts and data that aide in the resolution to Manufacturing or Engineering issues.
Tooling
Understand the required tooling to aid in the build or assembly.

Requirements:
Preferred Systems Experience/Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, MS Word)
- Dassualt Suite of tools (Delmia, Enovia, Velocity)
- Computer Aided Planning Process (CAPPII), MeSCI, SAP
- MRP systems
Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
