Position Description: Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs. Analyzes results and performs design reviews. Leads the team to analyze results and performs design reviews. Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests). Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities. Develops complex statements of work, metrics, schedules and budgets. Performs technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection. Works under minimal direction. Acts as a Mentor Graphics Capital Logic and HarnessXC specialist to help OKC programs start using MGC for architecture and wire design. This position will work with Commercial Derivative platforms and Organic Military platforms to understand their current wire design strategy and help them migrate to MGC most effectively following Company design strategies in MGC.

Requirements: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in electrical engineering. Electrical design experience using Mentor Graphics Capital Logic and HarnessXC are required.
