Position Description: **Position is 3rd Shift** Coordinates definition of complex requirements for processes used in the manufacture of products. Establishes standards for specifications and other documents to manage the deployment of automated processes. . Promotes standardization across the Company. Leads evaluation of emerging technologies for potential application to business needs. Establishes standards to qualify new materials, parts and processes to meet requirements. Leads integration of new technologies. Coordinates complex analysis to determine reasons for failures of materials, parts or processes. Coordinates broadly based corrective and preventive actions. Leads design, development and qualification of sophisticated production systems to satisfy user requirements. Works under consultative direction. Responsible for implementing automated equipment and processes for use on 777-9 airplane composite wing assembly. Job responsibilities will include the daily production support of equipment and processes on 3rd shift plus weekend days as needed with a focus on automated drilling and fastening in CFRP, Al, & Ti, and supporting operations/processes.

Requirements: Aircraft structures assembly Assembly Process Drilling Interpret schematics, assembly drawings, technical manuals Robotics Drilling Interpret schematics, assembly drawings, technical manuals Aircraft structures assembly Assembly Process Drilling Interpret schematics, assembly drawings, technical manuals Process Automation Robotics Bachelor's degree with 14 or more years' experience, Master's degreee with 12 or more years' experience or PhD with 9 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
