Position Description:

This position will start remote and may transition to in-office at one of our current locations in Bridgeton, MO or Issaquah, WA dependent upon changes to the current COVID 19 restrictions. Will take into consideration 100% remote option for out of state candidates that apply and qualify
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and secure top talent candidates, drive offers to conclusion<
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate candidate wages, benefits, and other contract considerations
- Create and sustain pipelines of potential candidates for future positions
- Communicate with external clients, provide feedback to team members and executive management regarding account relations
- Drive customer relations activities, lead generation, follow up communications, client retention and new business acquisition
- Partner with leadership and other key teams to ensure collaboration, efficiencies, and business development strategies
- Develop, coordinate, and execute department and team projects
- Participate in international and domestic recruiting and sales trips
Skills and Qualifications:
- Superb customer/client focus, attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or similar Vendor Management System
- Ability to communicate effectively and present information to individuals and groups
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience building pipeline of qualified talent and surfacing talent against open roles proactively
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
- Experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans
- Knowledge and expertise in internet data mining, professional networking, passive candidate engagement, cold calling, and innovative sourcing techniques
- Pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates, including online recruiting, and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
