CTS is looking for someone to join our team of Recruiters. We are seeking a motivated, personable individual who is passionate about providing great customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically identifying and filling open job positions on behalf of CTS client accounts, as well as creating and sustaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions. Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the full life-cycle recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and onboarding.
• Proactively coordinate timely communication and feedback with each candidate.
• Creating and sustaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions
• Partner with company leadership, internal and external clients to collaborate on priorities and projects, and to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, vendors, external clients, and prospective business partners to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent
• Employ creative and innovative recruiting approaches, as well as traditional sourcing methods, such as in house applicant tracking, internet searches and social media to attract applicants to the organization
• Work with, build and improve upon internal and external recruiting systems and software.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of professional technical recruiting; experience with contract engineering staffing recruitment a huge plus
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS)
• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSP)
• Entrepreneurial and high energy, with strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and adjust quickly to change with minimal supervision
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, clients and throughout the organization
• Experience with creatively sourcing a diverse workforce of all technical levels and backgrounds
• Superb customer/client focus, attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
