Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Civil. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience; experience must include prior job role as Structures Design Engineer.
• Experience to include CATIA, PDM/ENOVIA, and working with Company layouts/drawings.
• Able to lead and mentor other people on the team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Design integration experience working with suppliers and global partners
• 777 Wing and Fuselage Structural Design
• BCA Doors/Windows/Landing Gear Structural Design

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
