Position Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Structural Development: Spearhead the creation, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to establish robust and innovative system designs.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of the product into its operating environment.
• Drive Design Integrity: Employ advanced analytical methods, finite element modeling/simulations, and cutting-edge tools to verify and enhance structural performance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee Testing & Validation: Develop comprehensive test plans, guide test execution, and analyze/report results to ensure systems and components exceed requirements and specifications.
• Certification Excellence: Define and document certification processes, ensuring compliance with customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Support In-Service Products: Lead investigations into product failures and provide actionable insights for system improvements and reliability enhancements.
• Innovate & Optimize: Create and refine analytical processes/tools to enhance the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of development efforts.
