Position Description: Department: Electro Magnetic Environmental Effects Design Group 1. Discuss with team members,related other Gr members, DER qualified consultants and determine the approach for the following issues in order to show compliance with FAR25.581, FAR 25.1316, FAR 25.1317. And then develop compliance documents for the issues while leading other team members. (1) Development of system integrated test requirements and test plans. Analysis of measured data,prepare the test report. (2) Review of equipment test plan,procedure,report. (3) Witness and management of testing In order to facilitate to conduct the above tasks the candidate has to be cognizant of the rules and the background and have an experience of actually determined the approaches and developed the documents in previous job in an airframe manufacturer. 2. Lead/participate authority (JCAB, FAA, EASA, TCCA) meetings to present/discuss MITAC positions to the above issues and related rules/Issue papers and CRI/CAI.

Requirements: • 10+ years engineering experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • Certification and/or Flight Test experience • Leadership experience preferred • Project Management experience preferred • Must be willing to stay in Japan a minimum of 2-5 years or until project is complete • Proven ability to work to challenging deadlines (New Product Introduction) is desirable
