Position Description: Perform general and specialized financial activities in support of various Division operations. Under minimal direction performs complex support tasks where considerable judgement and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. 1. Performs financial support in areas of accounts payable 2. Maintains, reviews and corrects accounting records, systems data and workflow 3. Analyzes and reconciles various financial reports requiring interpretation of data 4. May provide work leadership and direction to less senior financial personnell 5. Performs administrative duties as required.

Requirements: Unique Skills: Some experience with a large ERP system. Quickbooks, Mas90, etc., are fine but they should also have been exposed to a larger enterprise system at some point in their career Steady Work history going back at least 5 years. With no gaps in employment 1. Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions 2. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing 3. Ability to operate standard office equipment 4. Interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and work in a team environment 5. Knowledge of policies, practices and procedures in area of assignment 6. May require the use of various computer systems for data collection 7. May require competency in one or more computer software packages used in area of assignment 8. May require knowledge of applicable regulations in area of assignment 9. Must have thorough knowledge of practices and procedures in Accounts Payable transactions 10. Must be able to execute a complex sequence of operations in an established field under continually changing conditions requiring independent action. Education: Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and 7-9 years of directly related financial/cost accounting experience.
