Position Description: Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements: - Will be managing the transfer of work from Suppliers to McAlester, OK facility. There is a significant on load of new work that requires dedicated attention to manage the project to completion. - Requires experience in ME Planning and NC Machining processes. - The planning and programming processes have been implemented. Looking for Project Manager to manage the process that has been developed, identify any issues and know the right person to go to for resolution of issues. - Position is based in Tulsa with travel as needed to McAlester (could be weekly) - No overtime expected Bachelor's and 6 to 9 years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 4 to 7 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
