Position Description: Determines document and technical data release requirements based on customer type and contract guidelines. Responds and resolves customer data inquires. Processes customer data orders and resolves delivery issues. Assists with customer reviews to identify baseline data deliverables and optional product offerings. Administers customer access to online technical content. This role is critical and requires the ability to administer and track publication delivery releases and records up to and including validating contract delivery compliance and managing those deliveries to closure.

Requirements: AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
